Explore the challenging fields of Fire and Emergency Medical Service through a camp with real-life Firefighters and Paramedics. Learn what it takes to be a professional that saves lives. Participants will learn CPR, first aid, and fire extinquisher use during the camp.
Students will need to bring lunch each day of camp and an optional snack. Students should not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes before the start of camp to allow proper set-up time for the instructor. Electronic devices will not be permitted in the classroom. Cell phones are permitted during breaks and/or end of class. For safety reasons, we ask all camp participants to wear tennis shoes or closed toe shoes. There will be many hands-on activities, so please dress accordingly.
