The IT Helpdesk Technician Rapid Train or previous IT experience are required for participation in the Network Technician 1 Rapid Train. The Network Technician 1 will be trained in network architecture, operations, security, troubleshooting, industry standards and network theory. Course includeds 54 hours of instruction and certification in Network +. New rapid train applicants must complete a screening application, interview, and be selected for admittance into the program.
