Summer Academy - Engineering Exploration

Engineers help solve all sorts of complex challenges while improving our lives through innovative ideas.  Explore the branches of engineering using the fundamentals of robotics, electronics, and mechanical principles.  Boost your critical thinking and problem-solving skills by focusing on the aspects of STEM. 

Students will need to bring a lunch each day of camp and an optional snack. Students should not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes before the start of camp to allow proper set-up time for the instructor. Electronic devices will not be permitted in the classroom. Cell phones are permitted during breaks and/or end of class. For safety reasons, we ask all camp participants to wear tennis shoes or closed toe shoes.

Registration Tips:  Please use the child's name and birthdate so this system works correctly.  This system will only allow one profile per person.  If you previously created a profile for your child and you need assistance resetting the Username or Password, please contact Workforce Solutions at 434-832-7607.
