Q: How do I register for classes, and what forms of payment do you accept?

A: You have several registration and payment options. 
Please note that your registration is not completed until your tuition has been paid and processed.

ONLINE Click on sign-in to create your new student profile or to login if you are a returning students. This page provides you with secure and convenient access and service, 24/7.  You’ll set up your own personal online account, accessible anytime you are ready. 

WALK-IN Stop by our office, complete a registration form.  Registration at least 7 days before a class starts is requested.

Once registered our business office will accept cash, check, and most major credit cards for payment.  There are limited payment options for online registeration.


You can mail or fax employee registrations with a purchase order or company letterhead and we will bill. Contact our office for the specific information required with the registration, such as student information, course name and course number.

Q: What is the Refund Policy?

A: CVCC reserves the right to cancel any classes which do not have sufficient registration or for other reasons that arise in the course of business. Any classes offered by CVCC, whether on campus or off site, will be cancelled due to inclement weather when CVCC is closed. Listen to local radio and TV stations, or check the College's website at for current information.

REFUNDS - Students are encouraged to register for all classes at least seven (7) days before the first scheduled class date. Late registrations may be possible depending on factors such as space available, purchasing, etc. If a registrant's plans change, Workforce Solutions & Community Education must be notified at 434-832-7607 at least three (3) business days before the first schedule class date. The registrant then will have the option to transfer to another upcoming class within the same semester or receive a refund. Should a registrant fail to contact the Workforce office at least three (3) business days before the first scheduled class date, the full cost of the class, including any books, materials or other items that were part of the cost of the class, will be forfeited.

Please Note:  some classes and other specialized programs may have refund deadlines 10 -14 days prior to classes, and will be noted in course descriptions. 

Q: Can you  provide a class designed just for my company?  

A: Yes. All of the classes listed our schedule can be customized training for your business or organization. If you do not see a topic listed, contact us and we will develop your training course.  Contact our main office for more information at 434-832-7607 or

Q: Do you offer Youth Programs?

A: We do offer summer youth programs including camps.
