Get Ready for the Perfect Outdoor Feast with a Summer Picnic

Equip yourself with time-saving tips, recipes, and new ways to enjoy a summer outing and celebration. Students will take advantage of the season’s fruits, berries, and vegetables and experience firsthand the concept of farm to table. Our chef will demonstrate how to make sure  our picnic basket is perfectly packed considering variables such as venue, temperature control, containers, tools & utensils, and what to pack to keep everyone comfy. At the end of class, students will enjoy tasting samples from class and be ready to plan for a fun summer outing to dine al fresco.
