: This course prepares new and aspiring managers to effectively lead teams and groups in today’s dynamic workplace. Learners explore the differences between teams and groups, how teams form and make decisions, and practical strategies for building, motivating, and sustaining high?performing teams. The course also addresses collaboration, conflict resolution, creativity, diversity and inclusion, and managing teams in remote environments.
