The HVAC portion of the program focuses on the essential skills used by modern HVAC installers and service technicians. Learners gain practical, job-aligned knowledge that supports real-world performance while preparing for key industry credentials, including HVAC Excellence Work Ready Exams, EPA certification, and NATE Service Core. Instruction emphasizes core technical concepts, safety standards, and best practices, while also supporting progress toward state HVAC licensing requirements, where applicable.
The electrical component introduces learners to residential, commercial, industrial, and specialized electrical environments. Students explore career pathways within the electrical trade and learn how electrical skills transfer to related fields such as HVAC, solar energy, plumbing, and facilities maintenance. A unique feature of the program is access to four years of apprenticeship-focused training, supporting growth from entry-level fundamentals through advanced skill development.
Safety and professionalism are central throughout the program. Learners earn both OSHA 10 andcertifications, gaining nationally recognized credentials that demonstrate jobsite safety knowledge and compliance. To support hands-on and immersive learning, students receive VR training glasses and essential trade gear, including coveralls, a professional work belt, work boots, and socks.
