FastForward Eligible Program: To qualify for FastForward programs, you must meet the Virginia Domicile requirements. Virginia "domicile" means you have lived in Virginia for at least one year and intend to stay indefinitely. A domicile determination form will be part of your registration process. If you qualify, you will pay one-third (1/3) of the cost of the program. If you have a financial need, you may also qualify for Financial Assistance (G3) that can pay 100% of your third. 
 
FASTFORWARD Nurse Aide PRICING:
 
  • Regular/Full Price: $3,450
  • FastForward Price: $1,150
  • FastForward plus Tobacco Commission Grant Price: $575
  • FastForward plus G3 Price: $0 *
* You must come into the Workforce Solutions office to apply for G3 funding prior to enrollment. 

Program Layout:
8-week, hybrid class

Didactic:
50 clock hours
Asynchronous, online format

Lab:
40 clock hours
Tuesdays or Wednesdays per each cohort individual schedule
0830-1230, no lunch break, bathroom breaks and stretch breaks provided

Clinical:
40 clock hours
Tuesdays or Wednesdays per each cohort individual schedule starting week three
0645-1515, 30-minute lunch break

Capstone:
10 clock hours
The last Tuesday and Wednesday of the 8-week course
Tuesday: 0830 – 1400, 30-minute lunch break
Wednesday: 0830-1400, 30-minute lunch break
