For an enlightening nature camp session, join a local naturalist and wildlife photographer for a genuine “Walk in the Woods” - both in the classroom and outdoors. The objective of this hands-on class is to expose students to the beauty and importance of the planet’s natural resources, and our inherent, environmental stewardship responsibilities.
Students will need to bring lunch each day of camp and an optional snack. Students should not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes before the start of camp to allow proper set-up time for the instructor. Electronic devices will not be permitted in the classroom. Cell phones are permitted during breaks and/or end of class. For safety reasons, we ask all camp participants to wear tennis shoes or closed toe shoes. There will be many hands-on activities, so please dress accordingly.
