« back to classes page
Coping with today’s stressors on the job requires a different set of strategies and skills. People must learn methods to cope and adapt to a wide array of changes, most of which are unplanned or expected. Resiliency is the process of successfully adapting to difficult or challenging life experiences. Resilient people are more able to overcome adversity and setbacks and can function under intense pressure without acting in dysfunctional or harmful ways.

In this webinar, participants will learn to assess and expand their own individual resiliency by exploring factors that can support or detract from resiliency and developing methods to implement positive responses to change.
